Payment
We accept Paypal & Credit Card (via Paypal) as payment.
Shipping
We ship by Canada Post and UPS. All orders are usually shipped within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that shipping may take up to 5 – 10 business days, depending on your location. You are responsible for all international customs fees if they apply.
If you need something shipped quickly, please let us know and we can try to work something out.
Insurance is not included in shipping. If you require insurance or upgrades to your shipping method, please get in touch with us before placing your order.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please let us know if you are, for any reason, unhappy with your purchase from Rosy Designs and we will be happy to make it right.
For custom invitations and prints, because of the nature of customized orders, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. All custom print sales are final.
